

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Quarantine Authority. Do not leave this until the last minute and do not leave it until you arrive at the port. While you can submit your completed application up to 1 day before your scheduled departure, please submit at least 2 weeks before embarkation. Step 3: Pay $40 to complete your application.

Unvaccinated children 11 years and under travelling with fully vaccinated parents/guardians can upload their guardian’s vaccination certificate instead of proof of travel health insurance. Step 2: Complete the application form and upload proof of vaccination (if vaccinated) or proof of travel health insurance (if unvaccinated). You do not need to complete a Travel Authorisation for children under 2 years old. If you are an adult travelling with children under 18 years old, complete your Travel Authorisation first, then complete a Travel Authorisation for each of the children travelling with you, citing yourself as their guardian.
