This product has not been evaluated for safe use in e-cigarettes or any vaping application where the product(s) is/are intentionally vaporized and inhaled. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if an adverse reaction occurs. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or a person with or at risk of serious health conditions including but not limited to: heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, respiratory illness, or a person taking medicine for depression or asthma. Multiple state governments have enacted laws banning the sale of flavors, including terpenes, in vaping applications however, these laws are in flux. The State of Oregon’s investigation is ongoing and, at any time, could be broadened to include additional ingredients currently for sale. None of the True Terpenes’ products currently contain any such substances however, prior formulations of its Viscosity product and MCTxTerps product lines may have. In late September, Oregon regulators proposed regulations that would prohibit the use of such substances in vape applications. However, the State of Oregon has taken steps to investigate the use of certain additives in vape pens which have been associated with these illnesses, including, among other chemicals, Squalane, Squalene, and MCT oil. To date, True Terpenes has not received any evidence confirming that this product has caused any adverse health consequences. Symptoms include breathing difficulty, shortness of breath, chest pain, mild to moderate gastrointestinal illness, fever, or fatigue. The United States Food and Drug Administration, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and multiple state governments are investigating numerous instances of severe respiratory illnesses and deaths associated with the use of vaping products. Consumers should determine and conduct their own safety standards and testing. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with the skin, eyes, wood surfaces, and fabrics. This product is concentrated and should not be used undiluted. This product is intended for use only by adults 21 or older.
